Shipping:
Standard shipping is FREE worldwide.
Our normal shipping arrangement is to use First Class post for all orders within the UK, and Royal Mail Airmail to ship abroad.
Delivery to Canada and the US usually takes 5-7 days.
All orders should arrive with you within 28 days, unless otherwise stated on the site.

Dispatch:
Unless otherwise specified on the site, most items will be dispatched ex-stock within one working day of your payment being cleared. However, we can only guarantee to dispatch within five working days. Please contact us in advance if you have a deadline by which an order needs to arrive, and we will always do our best to help.
